Delete your app account

This is the official account-deletion page for the Scottish Luxury Experience guest app and the Timeless North guide app, published by MOD Digital.

You can initiate deletion while signed in from Profile in either app. If the app is no longer installed, submit the verified email address used for your Scottish Luxury Experience or Timeless North account below.

What deletion removes

• Your Clerk sign-in identity and active app sessions.
• Latitude app access, trip invitations and registered push-notification tokens.
• Personal app uploads and messages where they are not required as part of a booking, safety, accounting or legal record.

What may be retained

The booked trip itself, proposals, invoices, supplier records, audit evidence and safety records may need to remain for contractual, tax or legal reasons. Short-lived AI-generation, proposal-change and redacted operational-change recovery records expire at 90 days and are purged from live storage within 24 hours; restricted disaster-recovery copies remain only until their bounded backup rotation date. These recovery records may contain a prior version of information changed before deletion, but credential-like values are excluded from operational recovery copies. Where possible, retained records are detached from the deleted app identity, restricted to authorised staff and removed at the end of their retention period.

Requests are normally completed within 30 days. Complex legal-retention questions may take longer, in which case the verified address will be contacted.
